It's almost 12:30am and I'm wide awake. So, I just fixed a cup of tea. On the side of the box I read the most interesting quote by Henry David Thoreau. I thought I would share it with you.
Live in each season as it passes; breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself to the influences of each.
To everything there is a season. This is the season of insomnia (among other things) for me I guess. Sigh.

I feel your pain sister!
I had terrible insomnia in my early 50's...I thought I'd never get a nights sleep. Now I could sleep around the clock...neither is good! Of course, I no longer have any hormones, just wrinkles and a good nights sleep!
I'm living in the moment. That's as much a time frame as I can handle at this point.
I know what I'm going to do next time I have insomnia, I'm going to count my wrinkles. Seems like I get new ones each day. Laugh lines, crows feet, and on and on. I don't mind them, but the saggy jowls I'm developing make me long for a facelift. Ewww.
